Terms and Conditions

When making a reservation to stay at WRTC, we require a credit card to keep on file. You will not be charged until your checkout date. In the event you are not able to make your reservation, please call the office and cancel at least 72 hours before your check-in date to avoid any cancellation fees.

If you are booking a guided fishing trip in addition to lodging, the WRTC requires a $100.00 deposit fee, per boat and per day. This deposit fee is non-refundable with cancellations inside 14 days of your trip.

Guides are to be paid directly for their services. Once you are booked with a guide, we will share your contact information and they will connect with you regarding your upcoming trip.
